Print quality
Here's exactly how your logo will look.
Airlaid is a non-woven fabric made from natural fluff pulp — thick, absorbent, lint-free. The ink settles into the surface instead of sitting on top of it, so your mark reads as part of the napkin rather than a sticker on it.

What file should I send?+
Vector is ideal — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — because it scales without softening. A high-resolution PNG works too. If you are not sure what you have, send it over and we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up.
How long does a custom order take?+
Allow 2–3 weeks for production after you approve your artwork. Standard, non-custom orders ship within 1–2 business days, and expedited shipping is available at checkout if your date is tight.
Do they really feel like cloth?+
They do. The airlaid process uses natural fluff pulp to create a non-woven fabric that mimics the texture and weight of real linen — most guests are surprised to learn they are disposable. Ask for a sample kit and judge for yourself.
